Fruit Punch

This is a non alcoholic Fruit Punch which is easy to make and great for kids or adults parties. Adding soda gives it a sparkle and a refreshing taste. You can also add ginger ale to this punch if you like the taste. I made some strawberry ice cubes to float on top. You can either float the ice cubes on the punch bowl itself or you can serve individual glass of punch with one ice cube on each. If you have different shape molds, use it for making the strawberry ice. Kids will love it.

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Servings: 20

Ingredients:

  • Frozen lemonade concentrate – 12 oz
  • Frozen orange juice concentrate – 12 oz
  • Frozen pineapple concentrate – 24 oz
  • Sugar – 1 1/2 cups
  • Water – 3 cups
  • Strawberries – 2 cups (preferably frozen)
  • Sprite or any lemon-lime soda – 1 liter

Method of Preparation:

  1. Thaw all the frozen concentrate.
  2. Add 3 cups of water and sugar to a sauce pan and bring it to a boil.
  3. When sugar dissolves fully turn off the stove and let it cool.
  4. Mix all the concentrate in a punch bowl or any container. Add sugar syrup and mix well. Refrigerate it until serving.
  5. Blend strawberries with 1/2 cup of the above prepared fruit juice to smooth mixture.
  6. Pour it in a mold (ice tray or any shape mold) and freeze it.
  7. Just before serving remove the fruit juice from the refrigerator, add sprite or any lemon-lime soda.
  8. You can either float the strawberry ice on top of the fruit punch or place it an ice bucket next to the punch.
