Potato Podimas – Potato curry
Potato Podimas is a very simple recipe. You can make it in 15 minutes. It’s one of the classic South Indian dish that goes very well with Poori (a fried dough dish) or Chapathis. My mom used to make for all the festivals. I would say it’s one of our family-favorite dish 🙂
