Ingredients
- Coriander seeds : 1 cup
- Fenugreek seeds : 1/4 tsp
- Cinnamon stick : 1 ” piece
- Cloves : 3 nos
- Cardamom : 2 nos
- Cumin seeds : 1/2 cup
- Peppercorns : 5 to 6
- Red chili : 6 to 8
- channa dal(Gram dal) : 1 cup
- Urad dal : 1 tsp
- Asafoetida : 1/4 tsp
- Ghee : 1 tsp
Preparation
Roast all of the above dry ingredients in ghee .Fry til nice aroma comes.
Grind it to a fine powder and store it in a air tight container.
