Ingredients
- Rice :1 1/4 cup
- Urad dal : 1/4 cup(fried)
- toor dal : 1/2 cup
- chana dal(Gram dal) : 1/4 cup
- Red chili : 5 nos
- Asafoetida : a pinch
Preparation
- Grind all the above ingredients into a fine powder, and store it in a container.
- when you make bajji take this powder and make a paste (it should be like a loose paste so vegetables stick into it).
- And fry it in oil.
- If you want you can add a pinch of baking soda in that powder .
