Achari Prawn Masala

Ingredients
- Shrimp : 15 (number)
- Onion : 3/4 big(chopped finely)
- Tomato : 1 (big) (chopped finely)
- Green chili : 1 (slit into four)
- Cumin seeds : 1/4tsp
- Fennel seeds : 1/4 tsp
- Mustard : 1/4 tsp
- Coriander Powder : 1/4 tsp
- Red chili powder : 1tsp (or according to your spice level)
- Ginger paste : 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste :1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder : a pinch
- Vinegar : 1tsp
- Oil : 50ml
- Salt : to taste
Method of Preparation
- Heat oil add mustard seeds,allow mustard to crack ,add cumin seeds,fennel seeds,fry lightly.
- Add onion fry until light brown,add ginger paste and garlic paste fry until oil separates.
- Add turmeric,red chili powder,coriander powder,green chili strip, and tomato , saute for 10 minutes.add salt to taste.
- Add prawn ,cook till it becomes tender.
- Add vinegar and stir once.
- Garnish with cilantro.
