Rasam powder

Yield: 150 grams
Ingredients:
- Dry red chillies – 5
- Coriander seeds – 1/2 cup
- Toor dal – 1/4 cup
- Pepper – 1/4 cup
- Cumin seeds – 1/4 cup
- Turmeric powder – 2 tbsp
Method of Preparation:
Over medium heat dry roast the above ingredients separately except turmeric powder for 1-2 minutes.
Let it cool and grind it to a coarse powder and store it in an airtight container.
