Baked Kale Chips

Kale has very high nutritional value. It is very rich in calcium vitamin K and Vitamin C. Kale has been found to contain a group of resins known as bile acid sequestrants, which have been shown to lower cholesterol and decrease absorption of dietary fat. I had these Kale chips at my sister’s place and I loved it. It is very simple to prepare too. This is a simple kale roast with a touch of garlic.
