Spring roll Bowls
Ingredients:
- Spring rolls or wonton wrappers (readily available at the frozen section) : 10
- Chopped chickens or chopped prawns : 1 cup
- Onion chopped : 1tsp
- Ginger chopped: 1tsp
- Garlic chopped : 1 tsp
- Soy sauce:1 tsp
- Oil :2 tsp
- Pepper salt as required.
Method Of Preparation:
- Place spring Rolls or Wonton Wrappers around the base Of a muffin tray.
- Brush oil in between the sheets.
- Shape the wrappers along the base of the muffin pan, to form bowl-shape hollows.
- Brush again it in a preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 10 minutes. Remove from the tray. Cool.
- To prepare the filling- heat oil in pan.
- Stir-fry onion, ginger, garlic and chopped boneless chicken, on high flame, for 4 minutes.
- Add soy sauce salt, pepper,keep aside.
- Fill the bowls with the fillings.
