Banana Nut Muffins
I tried muffins for the first time and they came out so perfect. All my friends loved it. I adapted this recipe from food network and made some modifications. More christmas cookies, breads and cakes are coming in Spicy Tasty.

Ingredients:
- All purpose flour – 2 cups
- Baking soda – 1 1/2 teaspoons
- Salt – 1/4 tsp
- Bananas – 4
- Brown sugar – 1 cup
- Unsalted butter(melted and cooled) – 3/4 cup
- Eggs – 2 (room temperature)
- Pure vanilla extract – 1tsp
- Walnuts – 1/2 cup (chopped and roasted)
- Mash 2 bananas with fork and keep it aside.
- Roast the walnuts in oven for 8 minutes and keep it aside.
- Combine the flour, baking soda and salt and keep it aside.
- Beat the remaining bananas and sugar with electric mixer until smooth.
- Add the eggs, vanilla extract and melted butter and beat well.
- Now mix the flour mixture and beat until combined.
- Add the roasted nuts and mashed bananas and mix them with a spatula.
- Preheat the oven to 375 F and butter the muffin tins or line it with muffin cups.
- Fill the cups till halfway and bake them for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
