Easy Chocolate Marble Bark

Chocolate Marble Barks are simple and easy to make. When you make swirls on the chocolates it gives a nice marble effect  which makes it look pretty. They are perfect as a holiday gift to your friends and family. Add this easy dish to your list of Christmas recipes and surprise your family and friends.

Preparation time and setting time: 60 minutes

Yield: 25 small squares

Ingredients:

  • White chocolate chips – 300 gram (11 oz)
  • Milk or dark chocolate chips – 300 grams (11 oz)

Method of Preparation:

Take 3/4 th of white chocolate and milk chocolate in separate bowls. I used Ghirardelli chocolate chips. Any chocolate chips or squares will do.

Microwave each bowl separately on high heat for 15 to 30 seconds. Remove from microwave oven and stir well. Microwave for another 15 seconds, remove and stir again.

Continue the procedure until chocolate is completely melted. Now mix in the remaining chocolate chips in the respective bowls and stir well.

Line a baking sheet with wax paper or a glossy sheet. Start with milk or white chocolate and spread it on the sheet with a teaspoon forming a line leaving an inch between each lines.

Fill the gaps with the other melted chocolate. You can slam the baking sheet on the counter top to help spreading the chocolate.

Take a bread knife or a spoon and draw diagonal lines about 1/2 to 3/4 inch apart.

Turn around the baking sheet to a vertical position and again draw diagonal lines. Now we got the marble design on the chocolate.

Let it set in the refrigerator and then break or cut into small pieces. Enjoy your Chocolate Marble Barks!!
