    Do I need to season a castiron pan?Can I use tomatoes and tamarind when I use a cast iron pan?I am new to US.I have an electric coil kind stove.What kind of cookware is best for indian cooking.Is enameled coated cast iron pan good ?Will it discolour if i use turmeric because we do not cook without turmeric :)What brand of nonstick is good.Please suggest:)
