Sooji Laddu

Ingredients

  • Whole milk : 1 cup
  • Condensed Milk : 1/2 cup
  • Ghee : 4tbsp
  • Sooji (Rava) : 4 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder : 1 tbsp
  • Raisins : 2 tbsp
  • Almonds : 1 tbsp

Method of Preparation

  1. Heat ghee in a Non- stick pan add the rava and fry until the rava turns into golden brown.
  2. Mix the Milk and Condensed Milk in a pan and set aside.
  3. Add the rava to the milk mixture and then add the cardamom powder.Stir well.
  4. Cook until dry and the ghee separates from rava.
  5. Add the raisins and stir well.
  6. Remove from flame.
  7. Garnish with almonds,shape into ladoos .
  8. Serve either hot or chilled.
