Spicy Okra Fry is yet another simple side dish in Indian Cuisine. Okra fry can be made in so many different ways and this is one among them. Okra/vendakkai/bhindi is my favorite vegetable. When I was pregnant with Vinay I ate okra almost every single day. It has some very good nutritional value.
