Instant Rava Idli Upma

Idli Upma is made from left over idlis. Rava Idli Upma is similar to Idli Upma except that we use rava idlis. I made this dish from the leftover idlis made from instant rava idli mix. It was very delicious and has become my favorite go to upma recipe. You can serve this with chutney or  pickle. Idli is a staple food in South India. They are prepared from a fermented batter consisting of rice and lentils (urad dal) and served with chutney/sambar. If you are bored of making plain idlis everyday, try this stuffed idlis. They are awesome!!
