How to get more juice out of a lemon?

I’ve always had a hard time getting juice out of lemon which has been sitting in the fridge for a week or so. Recently my sister shared a tip for extracting more juice from lemon. It’s simple, just microwave the lemon for 10 seconds and squeeze to get juice out of it. You will be really amazed to see the amount of juice you are getting out of it.

How to get a fresh look for cauliflower?

If you have some cauliflower which is sitting in the fridge for more than a week and it’s starts to look dull in color. No problem, you can give a makeover to that dull looking cauliflower. When you are cooking cauliflower add a couple of wedges of lemon into the cooking pot. When cooked, remove lemon pieces , cauliflower will be fresh-white. The lemon reduces the odor as well.

How to soften butter?

Grate the butter and add a few drops of boiling water into it.  Mash it with a fork until it becomes smooth and spreadable.

How to make homemade jelly fresh and indefinitely?

Whenever you are  making homemade jelly from your fruit garden and bottling it up, add a tsp of brandy on top of it. Seal it and keep it safe. It will last long.

How to melt butter?

When melting butter add a few drops of cooking oil. This will prevents the butter from burning and going dark.
